The Heritage Martingale has the same base as the hunting martingale and 3-point hunting martingale. This makes it easy to change the martingale fork, but the main reason we have manufactured this martingale in two parts is so that the part that goes to the girth can be adjusted to fit snugly, preventing the horse from hooking its front leg into the martingale when jumping.
This version in buffalo leather of excellent quality fits perfectly with the Heritage bridle and has the same finish with decorative stitching.
The breastplate also features anti-slip on the inside of the sliding loops to keep them in place.

black leather comes with round stainless steel buckles, Australian nut leather comes with brass buckles.
